This policy covers the MyDive Skydiving website and the forms on it. In this policy, MyDive means MyDive Skydiving LLC. Booking happens on Bookeo, which runs on its own site under its own policy.
Only what you type into a form.
Contact form — your name, your email address, and your message.
Jump alerts — your mobile number, and a record that you ticked the consent box.
That is everything you type in. Separately, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get followed. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use your contact details to reply to you, and your mobile number to send jump alerts. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Your mobile number and the record of your consent are handled by SimpleTexting, which sends the alerts on our behalf and does nothing else with them.
Bookings are taken on Bookeo at bookeo.com/mydive. Card details are entered there and never reach this website. Bookeo holds that information under its own privacy policy.
Webflow hosts this site and stores form submissions. SimpleTexting sends the jump alerts and holds the numbers on that list. Bookeo handles bookings and payment on its own site. Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. YouTube serves the film on the homepage, using its no-cookie player. Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
Standard web server logs — IP address, browser and time of request — are kept by our host for security and diagnostics.
Contact messages are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Your mobile number stays on the alerts list until you remove it.
Reply STOP to any text to come off the alerts list immediately. To opt out of Google Analytics — here and on every other site — install Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For anything else — a copy of what we hold, or deletion — use the contact form and say so.
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
